Owls: 18K+ stitches, 6- by 4-inches.
Balloons: 6K stitches, 4- by 4-inches.
Stitched on a lightweight 13-inch by 19-inch rectangular (light green) purchased placemat.
Puckering a problem. Used one layer on cut-away stabilizer on the bottom and wash-away on top. Cut-away secured within positional hoop. Placemat floated above.
Stabilizers and placemat machine basted together as first step of stitching.
