Silk ribbon kit given to me as a Christmas present. Fun to stitch. I was told purchased on Amazon. Instructions written in an Asia language so I could not read them, but no matter as two full photos were provided and I used them to aid me. Plenty of ribbon (not silk, felt like polyester) provided. Kit had design printed on a soft polyester fabric. As I like to use dual fabric (due to weight of the ribbons) when I work a ribbon design, I used a dark blue 22 count Hardanger fabric as the front fabric and the kit’s fabric for backing.
Original design has several plumes of leaves with seed-like tips. Kit included pink and green beads for the seeds. I used only a few of the beads (as centers of flowers).
Approximate finished size is about 8-inches by 12-inches.
