This is a Brazilian Embroidery design called Lilac Time. I purchased the design printed on a light natural color trigger fabric. Finished size is about 6 x 5 inches. Designer is Delma Moore.
Worked in Ed Mar rayon threads.
I adhered to the size and placement of the flowers, but getting tired of bullion stitching I incorporated several other BE stitches. One thing I did with so-so success is replaced two large bullion roses with drizzle stitches over a round Rhodes stitch (Lola thread kind of springy for a Rhodes stitch).
I also changed a peach color cast-on stitched flower from Lola thread to Boucle.
