Blue Flowers table runner

This is a Permin of Copenhagen embroidery kit, design no. 63-9628. Finished size is 11 by 24.5 inches. Threads that came within the kit were for an all white worked piece. I switched out to using DMC size 8 blues and greens.

I did change the design in that I added more stitching to border areas and also did half cross stitches instead of full cross stitching throughout the border.

The three sets of flowers at each end of the runner are worked in three blue ranges. The middle one is DMC 67 (white to light blue), the one set of side flowers is worked in DMC 93 (light to medium blue) and the other set of side flowers is worked in DMC 121 (light to dark blue). The green is DMC 94 (light to medium olive green).
